The Platform

One system. Four components. All shipping today.

An end-to-end, plug-and-play biometric platform — textile sensor, on-body unit, app and live dashboard. A deployed product line, not a prototype. Tap a component to inspect it.

Component 01
Textile Sensor
Conductive yarn woven into the garment reads clinical-grade ECG heart rate & respiratory rate.
Component 02
On-Board Unit
Central collection & communication hub — on-device storage, GPS, motion & acceleration.
Component 03
App
Live athlete / operator interface — real-time vitals, threshold alerts and session history.
Component 04
Dashboard
Fleet-wide live monitoring for coaches, commanders & safety officers — trends & analytics.
Component 01 · Textile Sensor
The garment is the sensor
Conductive yarn is woven directly into a fully washable textile — 100% washable, validated for 200+ wash cycles. It captures clinical-grade ECG heart rate and respiratory rate plus external temperature, and can be customised in cut and colour for integration into existing garments.

Component 02 · On-Board Unit (OBU)
Central collection & communication hub
The OBU docks magnetically to the garment. It provides on-device storage for disconnected operation, and adds GPS, motion and acceleration sensing alongside the vitals stream. 70 × 45 × 10 mm, USB-C — the wearer forgets it's there.

Conductive yarn
Sensor pathways woven directly into the fabric — not printed, not glued.
Electrode zone
Textile electrodes sit against the skin, capturing cardiac and respiratory signal.
01 · Capture

The garment is the sensor.

Conductive yarn is woven directly into the textile — no rigid modules, no chest strap, no adhesive electrodes. The wearer puts on a shirt. Everything else is invisible.

Fully washable
Machine washable like any performance garment. The sensor survives the laundry.
Validated against ECG
Signal quality benchmarked against clinical ECG and spirometry reference instruments.
Real-world conditions
Built for sweat, motion, impact and heat — not for a lab bench.
QUS shirt front
Shirt — front
Compression fit keeps the electrode zone in contact with the skin throughout motion.
QUS shirt back with dock
Shirt — back
The OBU dock sits at the neck, out of the way of straps, packs and protective gear.

02 · Process

One click at the neck. That's the setup.

The On Board Unit docks magnetically to the garment. It adds motion and position data to the textile's vital signal, stores it on board, and transmits it live. 70 by 45 by 10 millimetres — the wearer forgets it's there.

Fleet operations

Built for whole squads, not single users.

The QUS charging case holds and charges up to 24 units at once, shows battery status per slot, and downloads all recorded sessions in a single action. A team manager handles an entire roster in one step.

03 · Analyse & Act

The QUS Performance Platform.

Signal arrives, gets processed, and becomes something a coach or commander can act on. Heart rate, respiration, body temperature and activity level — live, per person, across the whole team.

Live vital streams
Heart rate, respiration rate, body temperature, activity level — updating in real time.
Whole-squad view
Every athlete or operator on one screen. Spot the outlier before it becomes an incident.
Session history & trends
Compare across sessions to see load accumulate — and act before it breaks someone.
The full signal chain

No third parties. No integration risk.

Every layer — from the yarn in the fabric to the number on the dashboard — is built and controlled by QUS.

01
Capture
Conductive yarn in the garment reads cardiac and respiratory signal from the skin.
02
Process
The docked OBU adds GPS, acceleration and motion, then stores and transmits.
03
Analyse
Proprietary algorithms clean the signal and extract meaningful patterns.
04
Act
The platform delivers a decision — not a raw number — to the person who needs it.

Cardiac signal becoming a secure key — heartbeat as identity
Identity · Heartbeat ID

A heartbeat can't be stolen.

Every badge, PIN, token or face scan proves something for a single moment — then trusts whoever holds the device. Heartbeat ID makes identity a continuous stream, not a one-time event.

Continuous Non-replicable Revocable Zero-Trust native
The problem with every login
Authentication in use today verifies a moment. After that, it simply trusts.

Identity and access split apart the instant access begins. The person who authenticated and the person now holding the device are assumed to be the same — and that assumption is where the breach lives.

0
of successful cyberattacks begin with compromised or forged identities

Conventional authVerify once, then trust
— trusted, unverified —
One check at login. Everything after is an assumption.
Heartbeat IDVerify continuously
An unbroken stream. The session ends the instant the signal changes.
How it works

Your cardiac signature, turned into a live identity stream.

Years of ECG data from QUS smart textiles became the foundation. The system learns the unique morphology of an individual's heartbeat — and verifies it continuously, in the background.

01
Sense
The garment reads the raw cardiac signal continuously against the skin.
02
Model
A mathematical model of the waveform is stored — never the raw ECG.
03
Verify
Identity is confirmed as a continuous data stream, not a single check.
04
Revoke
A different heartbeat ends the session — within the same interaction.
See it in action

Heartbeat ID, demonstrated.

Watch how a living cardiac signal becomes a continuous, non-replicable key.

Why it's different

Three properties no other method offers at once.

Liveness is intrinsic
A cardiac signal only exists while a living person is in contact. There is no static artefact to photograph, lift or replay.
Templates are revocable
What's stored is a mathematical model of the waveform — revocable, re-enrollable, and reusable in no other system.
Continuity is by design
Verification is a stream, not an event. A different heartbeat ends the session inside the same interaction — no gap between login and logout.

One platform, four regulated markets

Not a wearable market. Four security markets.

All four are pushed upward by regulation and geopolitics — NIS2, GDPR Art. 9, eIDAS 2.0, FIPS. Compliance isn't a cost here; it's the reason defence and banks are allowed to buy at all.

Continuous device & age verification — the highest-margin stream.
Concrete, named, quantified

The demand is projects, not market studies.

01
Continuous device & age verification
A concept study with a global Japanese consumer-goods group extends Heartbeat ID to a mass-market device: ownership and age verified continuously during use, not once at unlock. The gateway to the highest-margin revenue stream.

02
Vital monitoring for plant fire brigade
A pilot with a leading oil & gas group in Saudi Arabia ran successfully in July 2026. The customer's target picture: equipping the entire 1,600-strong fire crew. The one open point — mobile connection stability — is exactly what OBU 3.0 addresses.

03

05
Autonomous casualty detection & authenticated rescue
A concept for forces in Israel fuses physiological and motion data to detect life-threatening events autonomously. Heartbeat ID ensures rescue resources are committed only for authenticated own forces — an adversary with a captured device can't trigger false alarms.

In short

What Heartbeat ID really is.

01
QUS is not a wearable company. It's an infrastructure layer for human-centred data systems.
02
The smart shirt isn't the product. It's the proof that the measurement holds.
03
Heartbeat ID doesn't answer "who unlocked?" but "who is holding the device right now, this second?"
04
The proprietary cardiac dataset grows with every textile shipped. That's the part a competitor cannot buy.
05
No competitor offers continuous, body-bound authentication at enterprise scale today.
